An email with a password creating link is distributed by Underline to all registered attendees to make it easy for first time users of Underline to create accounts
When you are logged into your account on Underline this is the link to the Conference reception page
and this is the link to the Educational Events
If you did not receive an invitation (that is the email with a password creating link), the password can also be created by following the instructions:
Visit Underline's homepage https://underline.io/
Click “create account” located in the upper right-hand corner of the page
Fill in name & email address and click “next” (leading to "Create your password" page)
The browser will prompt for you to check your email inbox to activate the Underline account.
Remember the password because that is needed to log in the Underline website.
In case your Underline account has not been authorized to access the ESSCIRC/ESSDERC event, please report the issue by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org

Being the Educational Events online, no payment will be refunded.
Register before Wednesday, 1 September 2021 (23:59 CEST) in order to enjoy online events and live sessions right from the start.
Access will continue through Tuesday 30 NOVEMBER (23:59 CET) when on-demand events will conclude and access will end.
If you register after Wednesday, 1 September 2021, please allow at least 3 business days for your virtual access to be enabled.

In order to guarantee inclusion in the final conference program one author must be registered by June 30, 2021 (23:59 GMT -0700), the author deadline. Please include the ID of the PAPER your registration is related to, in the registration form.
For each paper independently, at least one co-author is required to register for the Conference (one registration-one paper policy).
Only IEEE member or non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. STUDENT REGISTRATION FEES CANNOT BE USED TO GUARANTEE THE PUBLICATION OF AN ACCEPTED PAPER.
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference (either online or in-person). If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find another presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact the Conference Organizing Committee immediately for any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The Committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
REGISTRATION POLICY - INVOICE - PAYMENTS
Students must upload a proof of their student status in the registration form. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students only. The student rate is not available for post-doctorates.
IEEE members are kindly asked to provide for their membership ID number.
Registration Fees are in Euro and include 22% VAT.
The invoice will be issued after the payment is received and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format.
If your payment is subject to the receipt of our invoice, please send a message to email@example.com.
Please make sure to type the correct invoice billing address!
A handling fee of 25% of the invoice total will be withheld in case a new invoice with amended data is requested.
Fees must be paid in Euro (€) to Sistema Congressi by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal) or bank transfer. Xpay, the online payment system of Nexi (our payment platform) guarantees the security of the transaction.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should complete the registration form first. Bank transfer details and instructions are included in the registration confirmation email.
Please note that admission to ESSCIRC ESSDERC 2021 cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrations will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org with the summary of the selected options. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
If you do not receive this email, either your email was entered incorrectly or your registration is not complete. If this happens, please contact email@example.com and do not re-register until further instructions.
ESSCIRC ESSDERC 2021 contents shall be recorded and will be accessible to registered Participants
By participating in ESSCIRC ESSDERC 2021 edition, you acknowledge and agree to grant ESSCIRC ESSDERC 2021 the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval. This grant to ESSCIRC ESSDERC 2021 includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
